Mushroomhead, band yang telah lama tidak terdengar kehadiran mereka kini Mushroomhead telah kembali dengan membawa kabar baik. Disiarkan bahwa Mushroomhead akan mengeluarkan debut full album ke delapan mereka yang bertitlekan "The Righteous And The Butterfly", album tersebut nantinya akan dirilis pada 13 mei 2014 melalui label Megaforce Records. Di album yang baru ini semakin memberi hal yang istimewa karena j.mann vokalis dari mushroomhead telah kembali ke band. Lagu - lagu yang berada di album terbaru mereka secara keseluruhan mereka rekam di studio Cleveland yang diproduseri oleh Bill Korecky. Jangan lupakan dulu, album "The Righteous And The Butterfly" ini mereka dedikasikan untuk JJ.Righteous, seperti yang dilansir oleh mereka "As for the album title, ‘The Righteous & The Butterfly’ is a dedication to the band’s original guitarist, J.J. Righteous and the band’s former photographer and drummer Skinny Felton’s wife, Vanessa Solowlow, who both passed away.
