Band Review: Abatoar

Abatoar, A Heavy Metal band formed in Malang, Indonesia on February 2012 by the early line up of Hadyan Qashidi and Endotiama. Shortly they recruite Pungky Mahardika as the lead singer and Ragastya for the bass guitar. In June 2012 they're looking for a second guitarist for a gig and the next permanent formation. Hadyan Qashidi contacts Very Sapto Aji to join the band and they deal with it. 5 persons permanently formed the new abatoar line up till the day. The name "Abatoar" was taken from a French word which means "Slaughterhouse".

On the early career, the band was covering the songs from several metal bands such as Lamb of God, Chimaira, and Arch Enemy, and Trivium. Now, they're has released three singles which are "Dekadensi" for the first, "Wasted Struggle" for the second, and the last is "Faith and Fade". 

The musical style is composing powerful rhytms with melodical leads and dueling solos. The double basses is simply groovy chained with bass lines and finished with an aggressive vocals. All the materials done in the creative ways which are combining each person musicality with the original vision and the band's genre.

In the late September 2013 Bass Guitarist, Ragastya parted ways with Abatoar and the position filled in by Fariz Pratama from the date of October, 5th 2013.

In the year of 2013, Abatoar is well-preparing the new debut album called " Now or Never ". The process is already on the way with 10 ultimate tracks as the album amunitions. The album release is scheduled in the end of the year.
