The Legend Metal asal kota new york ini mengumumkan akan mengeluarkan album baru mereka bertitlekan "Kings Of Metal MMXIV". album tersebu merupakan selebrasi 25 tahun masih berdirinya Manowar hingga saat ini. Kings of Metal MMXIV rencananya akan dirilis pada 28 Februari 2014 mendatang. Eric adams Manowar vokalis menjelaskan bahwa ;
"Our fans have made us the Kings Of Metal, and with this tribute to one of their favorite albums, we honor them and thank them for their unparalleled support and loyalty!" Statement tersebut diperjelas oleh bassis dan produser dari Manowar menjelaskan bahwa "We have pushed man and machine to the maximum level to honor the original recordings that we all love, and to add new aspects and surprises that give this new album its own character".
Hal spesial mereka berikan dalam album ini adalah bahwa "King of Metal MMXIV" akan berisikan 2 cd dan 24 halaman booklets. Art dari Legendary Fantasy yang mengkolaborasikan dengan Ken Kelly membuat album ini nantinya semakin dahsyat. Selain akan merilis dalam bentuk album cd, Manowar juga akan melakukan tour bertajuk "King of Metal MMXIV" world tour yang mana mereka akan melakukan tour dibeberapa negara termasuk negara yang belum pernah mereka singgahi yaitu israel dan polandia.
